OACS-150D-MZC-2P

The OACS-150D-MZC-2P is the odd unit out on the OACS platform: every other OACS model in the line runs on R-454B, but the OACS-150D-MZC-2P is built around a rotary Screw compressor, a shell-and-tube evaporator and a stainless-steel reservoir, charged with R-513A instead. That's a real construction break, not a paperwork variant — different oil-return behavior, a different evaporator service procedure, and different spare-parts stocking than the brazed-plate, polyethylene-reservoir units that make up the rest of this line. Don't template this unit's maintenance plan off a smaller OACS model. The process pump moves 350 GPM at 60 PSI, backed by a 900-gallon stainless steel reservoir, and a standby pump is optional for plants that can't tolerate downtime for a pump service call. Rated for 20°F to 70°F fluid temperatures and an ambient range of -20°F to 95°F.
