The OACS-50D-MZC-2P is a dual-zone outdoor air-cooled central chiller producing two independently controlled fluid temperatures from one weatherproof frame — tandem scroll compressors on 2 independent refrigerant circuits, staged and controlled through an MZC multizone controller with independent zone boards. Published capacity is 48.4 tons total (24.2 tons per zone as sourced). The process pump moves 120 GPM at 63 PSI, backed by a 200-gallon polyethylene, seamless rotationally molded, non-rusting reservoir, and a standby pump is optional for plants that can't tolerate downtime for a pump service call. Rated for 20°F to 70°F fluid temperatures and an ambient range of -20°F to 95°F.
