The TI-150WD is a genuinely different machine from the rest of the Titan line: where every other Titan model runs Scroll compressors on R-454B, the TI-150WD is built around 2 large 80 HP rotary Screw compressors charged with R-513A, rated at 147 tons total across 2 independent refrigerant zones. Don't spec this frame's parts, refrigerant handling or service procedures off a Scroll-compressor Titan model — the compressor technology, oil management and refrigerant charge are all different. The process pump moves 360 GPM at 65 PSI, and the reservoir carries 1200 gallons of operating fluid volume — plenty of buffer to keep the compressor from short-cycling under a shift's normal load swing. Heat rejects to city or tower condenser water rather than an air-cooled coil, which is the reason to pick this frame over the equivalent air-cooled Titan model whenever plant water is already piped to the mechanical room and isn't metered at a cost that changes the economics.
